Illuminate Communities In Schools of South Carolina

Let's kick off American Education Week together! Join us on Sunday, November 12th from 6-7pm to illuminate the future for students across South Carolina.

Sponsored by BoeingIlluminate features special guest speakers, student performances, and atmospheric luminary displays at three locations across the state.

Each luminary represents a CIS student and symbolizes the path our program illuminates to equitable education and graduation. By sponsoring luminaries, you're not just lighting up the night – you’re helping students take off towards brighter futures.

Gather with us on November 12th from 6-7pm at one of the following event locations:

  • NEW LOCATION! Charleston @ Burke High School – 244 President St. Charleston, SC 29403

  • NEW LOCATION! Columbia @ Columbia High School – 1701 Westchester Dr, Columbia, SC 29210

  • Greenville @ Graham Plaza – 300 S Main St. Greenville, SC 29601

CISSC works directly with 41 schools across South Carolina, building relationships to ensure more than 25,500 students receive a quality education. CISSC's school-based staff partner with teachers to identify challenges students face in the classroom or at home and coordinate with community partners to bring outside resources inside schools, including food, clothing and mental health counseling. Your support will allow us to strengthen, deepen, and grow our impact.
