Illuminating Communities In Schools of South Carolina

Light a luminary in celebration of American Education Week and honor a CIS student for $10. Our goal is to honor all 24,500 students we serve at 39 schools, and raise funds to expand into even more Title I public schools across the state. Luminaries will be lit at community events across the state on Sunday, November 13th from 6-8pm.

Our team of 44 site coordinators help students navigate hurdles by connecting them and their families to critical resources like food, housing, healthcare, counseling, and remote technologies. Your support will allow us to strengthen, deepen, and grow our impact – lighting the way to equitable education and graduation for all South Carolina students.
